hi there, resipi agar-agar cincau double layer. It's been a while since I make my last entry for agar-agar. recently, I make another agar-agar, and this time is AGAR-AGAR LEONGFUN BERLAPIS.
making an agar-agar is very easy, and only need less than an hour to make it, nope not an hour, less than 30 minutes! LOL.
before that, to check my previous agar agar recipe:-

what do you need to make this two layer of agar-agar:-
1/ 20gm x 2 plastic of agar-agar tali
2/ 1 small packet of leong fun (shred it)
3/ half can of evaporated milk
4/ water
5/ sugar

the easy-peasy steps to do it:-
1/ soak the agar-agar in the water
- each plastic please soak it in different small basin
(A) LAYER 1 - making the agar-agar with leongfun
1a / once the agar-agar is soft, toast the water away
2a/ in a container / baking tray, placed the shredded leongfun uniformly
3a/ in a pot, pour in 800ml water and boil it together with the agar agar
4a/ put enough sugar (the sweetness is up to your taste bud),
I just need 100gram of brown sugar (I prefer less sweet)
5a/ once the agar agar already cook pour the agar-agar inside the container / baking tray
6a/ let it cold, and place it in the fridge
while waiting for the agar-agar leongfun harden, let's make the second layer.
(B) Layer 2 - making agar-agar with evaporated milk
1b/ again, toast away the water once the agar-agar is soft
2b/ in a pot, pour in 600ml water and boil it together with the agar agar
3b/ put enough sugar (the sweetness is up to your taste bud),
I just need 100gram of brown sugar (I prefer less sweet)
4b/ once the agar-agar boil, pour in the evaporated milk
(for this I just need half can of the milk content)
5b/ stir well, and once the agar-agar already cook, pour the agar-agar in the agar-agar leonfun container that has been cook earlier.
6b/ let it cold, and place it in the fridge
wait about 1 hour or until it harden and cold enough before serve.

once it harden, place the cutting board on top of the container, and make turn it upside-down.
now the agar-agar leongfun is on the top layer (as per in the photo, yeah!). cut to your desirable size and shape.
